Gadget Fuze Return and Refund Policy

At Gadget Fuze, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we’re here to help with our simple and straightforward return and refund policy.

Please note: While our business office is located in Illinois, our inventory is managed through multiple global warehouses to provide you with the best prices. Returns must be shipped to our central distribution facility, which may be located outside of the United States (e.g., Asia). Please do not send returns to the administrative address without contacting support first, as they cannot be processed there.

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products purchased from Gadget Fuze. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@gadgetfuze.com/847-561-0402. You will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  • Refund: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

2. 7-Day Replacement Policy

In addition to our money-back guarantee, we offer a 7-day replacement policy for defective or damaged items.

  • Eligibility: If your item arrives defective or damaged, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the product. The replacement item must be of the same type as the original.
  • Process: To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team at sales@gadgetfuze.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or videos of the defective item to expedite the process.
  • Replacement: Upon approval, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or a store credit.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or replacement, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable software products
  • Gift cards

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Gadget Fuze will cover the return shipping costs for items that are defective or damaged. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we have sent an incorrect or defective item.
